Ebay collects sales tax on sales based on buyers new state tax laws. I collect sales tax based on Kansas laws. It is paid to the state.
Refund/Return Policy:
Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in the SAME condition it was sent. If it had tags, tags must be still in place as when sent in order to receive a refund for the item price. Please check measurements carefully and read the descriptions and look at all the photos to avoid having to return items. Please save the packaging it was shipped in if possible and return using it, making the return easier on the buyer and the seller. Different packaging can cause increased rates so please use the flat rate envelope one was used and I avoid boxes because they increase the shipping costs. I try to keep shipping and returns as low as possible because USPS rates increase every year.
