Hollowed Out Petrified Wood from Egypt

I found this and brought this back from Egypt back in 1989, while I was there doing Army exercises, and I carried this baby in my butt pack for a week because it was so awesome, with the most remarkable feature being it is hollowed right down the center.
I scoured the internet for petrified wood and cannot find anything that compares or even comes close to the look of this beautiful rarity.
It is mainly chocolate brown in color, with an array of rich brown colors that accent the grain of the petrified wood.
Two thirds of the outer side is smooth and shiny and the third is smooth with a rough texture. My guess is smooth side was the exposed side that had the wind and sand blowing over it. Center is smooth with a rough texture also.
Truly a unique work of nature. Pictures just do not do it justice.
