Hocking Glass Depression Glass Cookie Jars: Pink Laced Edge 2pc Lot

Description

Up for auction lot of 2 Depression Glass cookie jars.  Pattern is known as “Laced Edge”, “Open Lace,” or “Old Colony.”  Items manufactured by Hocking Glass, 1935 - 1938.  Each jar stands 5” tall.  Beautiful for displaying flowers like peonies or tulips - they make elegant centerpieces.
Condition - items are not perfect:  1 jar has a hairline crack in the laced edge; the second jar exhibits light scratches about 3/4 around the outside of the bowl .  Any straw marks or air bubbles are normal for molded glass of this era.
