A superb starboard side view - razor sharp and clear - on a sepia-toned postcard of the Great Northern Pacific Steamship Co.'s rakish GREAT NORTHERN of 1914 getting under way, with all flags flying.   This fast liner would be renamed H.F. ALEXANDER after being acquired by the Admiral Line in 1922.
PLEASE NOTE:  We are also listing two lots for this ship as the H.F. ALEXANDER.
This lovely postcard is in excellent condition.
