    Description

    Isn't this wonderful
    Brass inlay outlines through out the stand and baskets with a dragon on the top.
    I think it is missing a tier top on the bottom level I will update the photos if I find it fast.
    The metal frame and wrought iron handle
    stands 17" high 12 1/2" wide
    the tier that is complete is 8" high with both parts.
