2006 Z4 M Roadster. 6 speed manual. S54 engine. A perfect analog car. Nothing but raw feel with this beast. It is essentially an M3 coupe, but 200 pounds lighter and with a better transmission (it has a ZF 6 speed, instead of the Getrag 6 speed in the M3, the ZF has significantly better feel and engagement) and bigger brakes (same brakes as the m3 CSL). Technically speaking, it is the fastest naturally aspirated 6 cylinder car BMW decided to sell in the US. 330 naturally aspirated horsepower. Roughly 3000 pounds. Rear wheel drive. Manual transmission. Limited slip differential. Hydraulic steering rack. This is the last of an extinct breed. 3000 Z4 M's exist in North America, and they're never making another car remotely similar to it again. Get it while you can. There is literally nothing wrong with the car. It spent about 80k miles of its life in California, and has never seen a road during winter. It is immaculate. No rust. No leaks. Everything is perfect. Adding important bits of info: This car has never been tracked or abused in any way. The previous owner elected to pay for winter storage at a climate controlled collector car facility during winters instead of his own heated garage -and that is the general type of care that has been given to the car. All driveline fluids have just been replaced in preparation for its new owner, and as general maintenance. It has zero problems and is ready to serve you in whatever way you want. Weekend cruiser, track toy, museum piece, or even as an incredible daily driver. Auction data for Z4 M Roadsters shows 2021 pricing data between about 20k-40k depending on condition with the least expensive selling for 22,575 with the additional fees on BAT a few weeks ago -these cars are appreciating in value. Another important note in general about the Z4 M is that all of the problems existing in the e46 m3 simply do not exist here, BMW took both the z4 and m3, revised and extracted only the best qualities of each, and created the greatest road car they have ever made. And then they went and decided to stop producing a proper M variant of the Z. This is it.
This car is 100% stock minus the shift knob and is the very desirable version without GPS. It also comes with the heated sport seats option with leg extensions. Xenon lights. Titanium Silver metallic paint. Sepang Dark Brown leather interior. No weird aftermarket wheels. No underglow neon lights. Only briefly hooked up to NOS, but that was when it had a Gallo 24 motor under the hood (not to be confused with the lesser Gallo 12).
