States of America as an insert premium in their brands of Lions Coffee during the 1890s.I could not find this listed  in any guide that I am aware of (American Card Catalogue , Non Sports Bible ect.) This series seems to be a subset of a larger group of cards that were issued by Woolson under the title “Picture Cards”.  In this case the subset features different Animals in most cases illustrated with their young.  The back has advertising for Lion Coffee and States “A Picture Card in each package of the Lion Coffee now at your Grocers’ Many Designs.”   I am unsure how many are in this particular subset, but I have personally witnessed 9 different animals at least. The Card measures 4 1/8  inches by 2 5/8  inches approximately.  This card features a FOX and Pup In Den.  The card does have what appears to be some lighter pencil writing on the back, as well as a light wrinkle to one corner..  Other than that it is free from creases with relatively  nice corners and strong color   I have scanned the card fairly large for you to be able to judge condition for yourself.

I am actually located in Canada just across the border.  I have a U.S.A. mailing address, and I mail my items from the USA to avoid border delays.
Due to my work schedule and distance to the post office I am only able to ship  Monday Mornings
